What are we asking the Bible to be? What does it promise to be? Are those the same thing?
Tonight I took a look at Proverbs 1 and the wisdom God promises for us when we come to his word. Wisdom and warning seem to go hand-in-hand, though. There’s even a lesson here from the story of Harry Truman (not the President).
